The Interact Club is a Rotary sponsored organization for high school students that strives to better the lives of others in our community, country, and world. The club motto is “Service Above Self”.

The Interact Club is open to all students and one can join at any point throughout the year. Members must complete the membership application and commit to attending 80% of club meetings and completing 8 hours of community service to maintain membership in the club.

The Interact Club is currently one of the largest clubs at Edwardsville High School and proudly thrives as being one of the most successful Interact Clubs in the area.

Throughout the year, the members dedicate their time to volunteering at numerous events for local organizations in the area. In addition to volunteering, the club also accomplishes many successful fundraisers.

The club has collected countless Thanksgiving baskets for local families in need during the holiday season and recycled over 9,000 pounds of plastic to dedicate 21 park benches in the local community. The club hosts the annual Droppin’ Beats Finish the Lyric Musical Trivia Night to raise funding for worthy causes chosen by the club. Partnering with the African Vision of Hope, the Interact Club has donated over $6,500 and continuously sends personal letters of hope and inspiration to children in Zambia. The club also hosted the very first Tiger Hunt - A Virtual Scavenger Hunt to encourage participants to visit local businesses and notable sites throughout our local community, all while raising proceeds for a local cause.
